Verizon Cloud is one app...

Verizon Contact Assistant is another...


Cloud app does not work, some have gotten the Assistant App to work with varying degrees of success. Personally I'd get another Backup Manager app and just save the data to OneDrive, or do like I do and just have all my Contact synced to a 2-Way Email Account with active sync(free outlook.com works good).

Works fine for me. I also back them up on Gmail, but used the cloud just two days ago.

I haven't downloaded the app, but Verizon emailed me an ad about it. When I went to their website to check it out, the only compatible BlackBerry device that I saw was the Z30.

I am also having issues getting Verizon Cloud to work on my Z10. It says it doesn't have permission to run when it clearly does...
