    Have you set your phone on silent?

    Follow these steps:

    Get into notifications>select the profile normal>customize app notification>text message

    If it does not work then most likely the media volume is very low. Do you hear phone calls?

    A few leaks back, I lost phone call notification, no matter what my settings are set too. Tried everything except official O/S but my text vibrate works

    Blackberry Passport running 10.3.2.798
