    Pls I am running d os 10.2.1 nd wen I download the apk file and try to install it,it doesn't go beyond the processing part

    How are you installing the apps? Through Cobalt's method or Snap or Amazon?

    Settings --> App Manager

    Make sure the top option is enabled.

    @ OP. Snap is the easisest method. Never had an issue on my Q10.
