Brand new Z30 wont turn on
I just received a replacement z30 from my provider. I was told by them to charge it for 12 hours prior to use. So plugged er in overnight and went to activate it this morning.
As typical the red led is on while it's on the charger. Every once in a while the led will change to yellow. When I press and hold the on button, after 10 seconds the led goes out flashes yellow once then back to solid red. When it's not on the charger there is no led and no response to any button being pressed.
Any help much appreciated.
