[CrackBerry Question]

My blackberry priv won't charge beyond 2%. Once I reaches 2%, the phone automatically says Powering off and restarts. The same process keeps repeating. I've tried charging it on off mode but the same thing happens. I'm out of the country traveling on work and really need the phone ((

What happens if you turn the phone off to charge it?

Your traveling.... what kind of charger or adapter are you using? Anyone else around with a micro usb charger you could try?

Like dunt dunt says, try another charger also try charging while it's off. Also try a hard reboot (hold down off button until it reboots). Last but not least, pray that it's not a hardware issue.

It seems to me like the adapter is too weak...the same thing happens to me when I try to change my Tablet with a small power pack.
