    I can't seem to restore my backup file to my BB Z30 because apparently the BBID on the backup file is different than the one on the phone. I did not change anything with my BBID so I don't understand why it isn't working... SOME ONE PLEASE HELP

    Restore using Sachesi, which doesn't check for BBID

    are you facing this issue after the 10.3.1.1151 update??
    had the same issue , simply disconnet ur phone from the computer , also shut off the wifi on your phone (incase uve kept sync on) regardless just switch it off , go to bbid on ur phone resign in and then reconnect via usb keeping wifi still off
