Why won't my BB Z10 load pass 96 and when I connected it to my system but the system cant read it?

what is wrong with the it

So when you reboot your phone it only goes to 96% and stays there?
Somehow we need to get you to reload the OS.
What happens when you take the battery out and put it back in?
When you connect to your PC?

Battery pull solves that for me ... not that it's a big deal
