[CrackBerry Question]

Hi All,
First time posting...I've been a BB user for business for quite some time. I received the Classic in late December and had no problems. Randomly, it shut off on Friday night and I am unable to start it back up both by trying the top power button and by holding down the volume up/down buttons on the side. I tried plugging it into wall power to no avail and finally to my PC to see if I could wipe it and start from scratch. I called BB Support and they are sending me a box to ship the handset back for repairs but ideally, I would like to try and fix this problem myself.

Has anyone else had this issue? Any ideas for a fix?

A few questions for you to help us out a bit. When you plug the device in do you get any LED? If so is it solid, blink, and if blinks what is the pattern?

i get a green light, and sometime it will blink five or six times, and green light will turn off, help!!
