I received a replacement BB z10. I updated it to 10.3.01.2072 tried to reload my back up and it would go to 100% and reset. once the BB would reset it would erase everything and it would start off as new again. A blue light has come on since i received the phone and it stays on thought the hole start up no matter what OS i run. I tried multiple OS all the way back down to 10.2 and still contniue to have same issue. I used Darcy Tools to change backup version and still failed. I eneded up giving up on restoring my back up and went ahead and began downloading my apps from BBworld. When i restart my BB it erases them. Does anyone know how to stop this cycle. I want to run 10.3 but seems BB only keeps Apps if i stick to version 10.2
