Hi there, I'm sure we can get you sorted out.

First off, perform a battery pull. With Torch fully powered on, remove the battery, wait 30 seconds, then replace battery to initiate reboot.

Did that fix anything? (A few hard resets after an install are a very good idea.)

Next thing to try is to Register with network again.
Open Search, type host, and select Host Routing Table. Click MENU key (i.e. BB logo button to left of trackpad) and select Register Now.
You should receive a message from BlackBerry and/or your carrier. May take up to 15 minutes. If it doesn't arrive, restart BB again, and perform Register Now again.

After it registers, perform one more reset for good measure.
Did that all work for you?
