    I have a bbz10, and I cannot change the ringtone. I went under settings, notifications, phone, tone, selected my desired ringtone and my tone want change. I have tried rebooting and reapplying the steps. Still no luck. Can anyone help?

    you have to set it for different profiles. Are you choosing the correct profile? Are you using the normal profile after setting the ringtone?

    Yes! I have tried the normal setting. I can't get the ringtone changed.

    I have tried setting for specific people. I have tried using music downloads and the ringtones installed in the phone. I still have no luck in changing the ringtone.
