    Hi. I have a BlackBerry priv. I noticed that when I try to record a video and then want to watch that video, the sound of that video is very very low. Even if the sound in the room is very loud. But audio, micropphone, speakerphone are working without problem, very well. Only when I record a video there is a problem. How can I solve it?

    Are you sure you weren't covering the microphone when recording? Most complaints about the Priv are that the video recorded audio is too loud and always sounds blown out vs. too low.
