    After about 10 or so emails, it takes like 5 minutes to load the new email once you click on it. Why?? How is this still a problem with this "emailing machine"?? I'm in the middle of a conversation and I have to wait. Or start a new email to keep it from happening. Wtf, what a pain

    This is on my classic with 10.3.1 btw

    Can't say as I've ever had that problem on any of my phones using all sorts of OS's including 10.3.1 on all of them and I have 6 email accounts.

    I have 2 email accounts. Work one and another with no activity really. It's happened on my Z10, Q10 and now the classic. Just shows the loading circle and you gotta wait until it decides it's ready

    I think it's probably your OS, but do you use a lot of android apps maybe one of them is using all the juice.

    Sounds to me as of it's a problem with either your WiFi, carrier signal, or email provider. This is not a BlackBerry problem. Especially considering you've used multiple devices and OS versions.

    This would be on the front page of Crackberry everyday if this was a BB10 issue.

    Delete shazam and do a hard rest by volume buttons and see what happens.

    Need help my phone sound is not working it is telling me I turn off the sound on my email but I can get call and listen music when I turn the speaker to handset
