    Hi
    I have started reloading my blackberry z10 since 3 hours and the process is still on its way. I am using internet explorer and the progress bar says installation in progress.

    I don t know if its normal and why is it too long.

    Yes that can be the slowest way to do it, you should use BB link or a loader.
