    By your subject I am assuming you can install on WIFI, and not on mobile network!
    You have a setting in BB World which gives you option to enable download >50MB apps on WIFI only (you can uncheck that)

    No. I meant I am not been able to use some. Installed application with my mobile network. I never use wifi to download any app. My carrier don't have any control on this.

    What application are you talking about?
    What device? What carrier? What OS? Have you recently updated to that OS?
    (if so) Did you have that problem before the update?

    I am talking about BlackBerry z10 with 10.2 OS with Vodafone Carrier. I live in India and I noticed that some of the apps works only in wifi. I have 3g net but still it says like the application needs network to proceed. I dont know why this is happening. Some of the apps are, Kotak bank, cricbuzz, Paytm, Shaadi.com.

    Sadly I have no experience with any of those apps.
    Do they happen to be Android apps?
    Do you have other Android apps that work normally? If you don't, try installing another and see if it works
    Maybe your Android Runtime got corrupted

    Those apps have downloaded from BlackBerry World. So I was guessing should support without any error. But this is just strange.

    Check if you are having network connectivity when you see those messages.

    I would browse or do a ping test to validate, that the 3g data connectivity is up.

    Yes those are android apps and some works..some won't. when time comes to update any app, it won't let u update with mobile network
