I am trying to install the new BlackBerry 10.3.1, I left it over night and it has still not completed and has now been stuck on 98% for the past hour and a half, I have tried taking the battery out and restarting the whole thing again but that isn't working and just starts the update again...does anyone have any suggestions? I need to use my phone as soon as possible :(
