I installed BB 10.3.1.396 over a week ago. Everything worked perfectly. Today, my contacts are not showing up all of the Hotmail contacts. I checked that the apps. contact had them enabled, but still no contacts. I noticed that contacts missing also have a Facebook account and use the exact same name/last name. I removed Hotmail account from phone, rebooted, and added Hotmail again, still no results.

I then removed Facebook account, rebooted, but still the same results. Finally, I added Facebook account again, but still no contacts. Also, Calendar is not showing the Hotmail calendar, only others (Hotmail's birthday calendar, Facebook, etc.).

Finally, after a while Calendar did show up, but no luck on Contacts (still missing some Hotmail contacts).

While I don't know of anyone having that specific issue.. 10.3.1.396 is a very early build. Many improvements and bug fixes have been made since. I would strongly suggest upgrading to 10.3.1.938 and then if the problem persists post back and we will try to help look for solutions.
