i have rebboted my phone several times and still my touch screen is not working. i can't answer calls or read sms's

If you already tried:

Hold down the up and down volume controls for 30 seconds. This will force a hard reboot

Then try tapping the power button multiple times and make sure the screen reader is off. It is supposed to be a triple tap, but sometimes it takes more.
