My z10 is stuck of setup screen and it doesn't go to home screen or do anything. I have data on my sim and I have a wifi too but after connecting to any of them it doesn't move forward .

Try doing a hard reset by holding the power button for ten seconds till the red light comes on. If that fails, you might want to consider using an autoloader to wipe the phone and start from scratch
