I have purchased Z10 and the battery of the mobile is not charging properly and discharged within 20 mins after showing 100% charged, not able to understand the problem
Cover the bases first:
Turn your Z10 off, plug your new Z10 to your desktop, run BlackBerry Link and let it "restore" the system. This will erase all data on the internal memory (email, sms, apps, settings) and load the latest OS for your carrier (of latest available for the model if carrier is not supporting Z10s).
After that, set the device up and give it a full charge.
See if that does it!
If it is brand new please call in for Warranty
