Well, my phone turns black when I listen to the note and the sound is first loud and then I can hear nothing

It gets quiet when you put the phone by your ear when listening to a voice note so just make sure that your not blocking the sensors

Most likely you're doing something that makes the phone think you're holding it up to your ear. That could be holding the phone in a non-horizontal orientation and blocking the proximity sensor at the top.
When this happens, the phone turns off the screen, blocks touch input, and switches the speaker mode.

This happens to me too on my Z30. I cannot listen to voice notes on WhatsApp. They play out of the ear piece speaker rather than loudspeaker, so to try and hear it you have to hold phone to ear, but when you do that the proximity sensor turns phone screen off and voice note stops playing.

My whatsapp app is behaving really strange from last night, I was listening to voice messages from headphones but later when I unplugged them and tried to play a voice message whatsapp is turnin' my screen black with the dimmed green line above and it plays the message from headphone plugger. I even tried to uninst/inst , nothing helped. my proximity sensor is not broken, reacts fine on calls and shuts display when I'm keepin the phone close to my face, only. Any possible ways to fix this ?

Mine too.. but only for whats app voice note.. it works fine with messenger voice note.. what is happening.
