    my phone was working well in the morning. but after sometime i was taking a screenshot and i found out that my volume up button is not working. and it is still not working after reloading the OS. and i have got a new phone. it dint even fell. what should be done to this problem?

    Take it to a shop and see if they can fix it or take it apart and see if you can find the problem yourself if you want to risk it. There's no singular answer here to say 'this is why it's not working'.
