    I've had my Q10 since November, and have had 0 issues so far till about last week, when I noticed my phone could never get more than 1-2 bars and it would constantly drop from 4G to 3G, and noticed internet browsing is half the speed it used to be.

    And it never improves, moving from work or home or anywhere in between. I live in one of the biggest cities in the US, so I doubt its the towers or anything. And I've never had issues with Verizon's network before.

    Is there anyway to determine what the issue is?
