    I have come accrose a very strange issue at work with one of our clients.

    The issue is after sending emails, say a few hours the sent emails are deleted but the calender invites remain.

    We refreshed their outlook profile on the desktop and restored deleted items, created a new outlook profile. The client has a BlackBerry 9300. I am a very technically minded person and from experience, unless you delete the items and have the option for delete on mailbox and handheld this should not happen.

    The items are being deleted without the client taking any action.

    They have no rules set up on their mailbox or housekeeping setup. Also Keep a copy of sent items is ticked.
