    while attempting to restore factory setting in other to increase the speed of my blackberry classic ,the process went on and got stucked at 99%for 3days now

    connect the phone to a pc ,open bb link click reload and hold the power button on your phone for 10 seconds
    or use the autoloader and hold the power button to reset the phone
