[CrackBerry Question]

Obviously my phone doesn't like the battery going flat. Usually from a flat battery it can be annoyingly slow - about 10-15 mins till you can use it. Now it's been winding itself up for 2 and a half hours! After half an hour it was stuck at 95% and it's now been on 99% for over an hour.
I suspect it has tried to load the new operating system as it has recently been telling me I don't have enough memory to do this and I haven't bothered. Perhaps a reboot like this has made it decide to load it!
Please help - I am worried I will never get my phone back :-/

Check the two resolutions listed here: Unable to boot past 98% or 99% after upgrading to BlackBerry 10 OS version 10.3.1

Unfortunately, the second option listed is to reload the OS which will essentially wipe all data that isn't on your SD card.

Thank you for your help with my issue. Unfortunately the first option doesn't do anything. As for the second option when attaching my BB to my laptop the BB link says I still have the older version. I tried loading the new version from here and it failed at the last hurdle.
