Why is my Q10 SQN100-5 not getting the update to 10.3 yet?

have read here that SQN100-5 is late on getting 10.3, mine has not received it. any ideas?

Do you have one that's T-Mobile branded? If so, then you're on TMO's schedule.

If you have a factory unlocked -5, try taking your SIM card out and then checking.
