    Hi to everyone and peace be on u . My english is so weak but I will try to tell u my priblem . I have q10 and the problem is bberror after removing battery during wipe . Now I wanna connect my bbq10 to pc but my mob not connecting to pc and I m using samsung cable before error I was trying to connect for softwear but showing bettery charging and now after bberror 10_0015 stil charging when I connect to pc if this is hardwear esho then I will lost to solve this esu and if this is possible to solve then plz rep me what todo and hmmmmm last night computer show for a seccond then bb connect but after that nothing my english soooooooooio weak plz.ans.me in simple way

    You may be able to use an auto loader to restore your device with a fresh factory OS installation:

    Ignore the instruction for doing a backup using BlackBerry Link since it is too late for that.

    Note that you will need to enter your Q10 password if you have set one, and your BlackBerry ID in order to complete the installation.

    But I cant connect my phone to pc when I connect it just charging the pc no recognising

    An autoloader should detect your phone regardless.
