[CrackBerry Question]

WHile it has been working for a year the Q10 now selectively and without pattern deletes some emails as they arrive. I see them and when I click on them I get the message: "Cannot display the message". It does the same to to some texts and not only deletes it but deletes the whole conversation. I thought it was my internet service provider but now that the texts are deleted I guess it must be the phone

Have you installed any kind of spam filter apps? Maybe, it could be the reason.

Have you reset the hub? Four or five swipes from the top right corner.

Are you sure it gets deleted? Perhaps you've got certain msgs tagged as priority and they are being moved to the priority hub? Or maybe you gave a filter running?
