    I have two email accounts on my Q10 device. For the past week, my Q10 device has been automatically deleting all received messages in one of the two accounts. It does not delete sent messages. It deletes the received messages about a day after they are received. I cannot find anything in settings that would account for this, and I haven't changed any settings that I know of.
