It finds my location and tracks my movement on BlackBerry or Google Maps, but when I change the route given it won't find a signal to give a new route. It also won't find a signal on various other apps. Locations services is on.

I had that issue too. I restored my data from a previous OS and that hosed my device. I then installed the autoloader that seemed to be from Verizon (i say this cause I had 2 additional Verizon apps that were not on the device using the same OS ver from a another source) and did not restore data. All my other apps are working fine now with GPS. Cascarun Pro in particular.
