Why is my device showing BB error/BB10-0015?

when i reset my mobile after then it shows bberror/bb10-0015

If you search the forum for that error code you'll find a bunch of threads about it. The long and short of it is that you'll probably have to reload your device software.

As "barrn" said... your going to have to reload the OS.... there are a number of ways to do it.
