    I receive bbm sms,whatsapp sms, text sms and a call but Can do nothing because my screen is black i can't see any thing. It start yesterday when i turn it off then i put it to th� charge, after two hours i take my phone and switch on then i get black screen

    Hold the volume up and down buttons until you see your led light turn on and let the phone boot. Hope it works!

    this is a common problem with the z30 after the 10.3.1 upgrade. There is no fix or solution yet and Blackberry hasn't acknowledged it. I suggest calling If you are in Canada call Blackberry at 1877 255 2377 and inform them of your problem.
