Hello everyone, I have this problem that I can't understand how I can fix. When I go to upgrade the OS it says that I have the latest software installed but is not true because on my passport I updated to latest software. 10.3.1.1767 is the OS I have on my z30 and it says is the latest OS. But on my passport I have it on 10.3.2 and something... do you know what's wrong on my z30? Thanks

Assuming here but...

You bought your Z30 from a carrier.
You bought your Passport from ShopBlackBerry or Amazon or it's otherwise FACTORY unlocked.

ShopBB and Amazon devices have already been updated to 10.3.2, carrier purchased devices have to wait for carrier release. Of course. you could always just load up the OS anyway using an autoloader/update files, since it's official.

How do I find it out? I bought the z30 used... is it a way to find it out? I guess mine is unlocked because I use it with different Sim card from different carriers

Your OS not updating is enough to 'find out'.. again, it doesn't really matter anyway. If you want 10.3.2, take the time to update it yourself... or just wait until it arrives officially over the air to your device.
