I've purchased z30 few days ago,and i am having this problem from the first day.
It takes too long for this phone to charge,why is it so?
It takes almost 6 hours for a complete charge.Please help.

A few questions for you

- Was the phone new or used?
- Is the cable you are using the one that came with the phone and is it an official BlackBerry charger?
- Are you using while you charge it? Sometimes it takes a longer time to charge if you are using it at the same time.

It could be either a faulty cable or faulty device. Try to use a different cable to see it if speeds things up. If it's a faulty device, you could try to reinstall the OS to see if something is messed up, or if you're within your return period you could exchange it.

The first thing I would ask is, are you using the charger that came with the Z30? It should say somewhere "Output 850 mA" on the charging brick. This indicates how much charge can be passed to your Z30 per hour.

If you are using a USB cable from your laptop or PC to charge it, then that's a normal amount of time. USB charging is typically quite slow.
