    when I placed my BSNL sim on BlackBerry Z10 STL 100 - 3 it is showing notification the Network is locked contact your service provider. what should I do

    You need to enter an unlock code twice on bb10 unlocking.

    It's locked to a carrier at the moment. Don't exceed the maximum tries. You need a code.
