    this morning my blackberry went off and i tried to switch it on, when i switched it on, it loads and end at about seven percent and stops and the phone wont come on.

    No much you can do but reload the OS with LINK or an Autoloader....

    There is no boot to safe mode, or repair mode for BB10... it either starts or it doesn't.
