    Pretty easy to figure out what's eating your battery... Just open device monitor and see what it is

    I had this problem and finally fingered it out. I had changed my Outlook Password and even though I still was getting email, calendar reminders and everything looked normal, in the background things were working away trying to "sign in". Updated my Outlook password on the BB & it cooled down REALLY FAST - battery now back to normal drain pattern

    I'm having this issue it's draining to fast, how do I reset or reboot? Does it deleted anything

    Happened to me exactly the same way. Hold down the button on the top of your device. Wait for the restart prompt and then restart. Solved my issue.
