    I purchased the Q10 yesterday and have noticed that with no apps running other than music, it managed to drain 10% in 5 minutes. With nothing running I kept it in standby mode and it drained from a full charge to 14% in 6 hours.. Please help!

    Give it another day. BlackBerry 10 phones take a day or two to settle in. Check you app manager in settings to see what exactly is draining the battery.
