im using bb z10 and i have recently updated my device to 10.3.2.2639 os version, but after the updation my battery is draining so fast. it goes to 94% to 65% in 1/2 hrs. im trying to downgrade but it says "failed" i tried to install autoloader 10.2.0 . can anyone tell me what should i do ?

You can't downgrade, they stopped it in the 10.3.2 update.

Check your apps and see which one is drinking your battery too much then decide if you really want to keep it or delete it

How recently did you update?

It's not unusual for faster battery drain to occur so soon after a fresh update. It usually takes a day or two for the OS to settle down.

If it's been a week and you're still draining that fast, it's time to check other things. Some already suggested. A few things I keep off - advanced interactions, NFC and Bluetooth (I don't use any of that). Turn off all background usage of apps that can be turned off (not all can be, but any that can be turned off will help).

In the end, the Z10 battery just sucks, so there may not be much you can do.
