    Battery is draining very fast and my Outlook contacts are correct on my Laptop but there are 1 or 2 contacts on my phone that are corrupted or interchanged. HELP! I've rebooted the phone twice but did not remove the battery. Thoughts? Dan

    Without knowing which phone you have and which OS you are running, we can't help you.
    Lots of threads about battery drains. Do a search and see what you can come up with....lots of times it is an app that you have installed...especially an Android one.
