    I let my battery run down now it want charge or even turn on help

    Never a good idea to let Lithium-ion batteries drain to completion, especially when it's an older battery you're dealing with.

    Anyway...plug in your phone to the charger (an authentic BB charger, preferably) and let it charge undisturbed for 24 hours. This would mean your phone is not in use--completely off. If it doesn't work, you have a dead battery, and you would want to order a new battery.
