I have a Q5 and have some issues including battery. lasts usually ess than 4 hours.
So , I want to dump the OS and reinstall the OS.
in 7 or 7.1 we could use BBSAK but how to do it in OS 10?.
Tried restarting the blackberry and connect to the bblink and click on reload . but it doesnot work.
