    I have a Z10 out of warranty and it will not turn on. There is nothing at all unless I remove the battery and charge the phone and the I get a red light for a few seconds. I tried downloading new software as mentioned in a few threads but the problem is that my computer will not connect to the phone and I have tried everything. I have another Z10 which has no problem connecting to the same computer so for sure the computer is not the problem. Can anyone offer any assistance or is this phone finished? Thanks
