    T MOBILE tech support no help. RIM support no help.

    BB Link unable to recognize the device as it never full boots (although it does reach 100%).

    I've tried pulling the battery, sim, memory, all to no avail. Any thoughts or suggestions?

    Try an autoloader, see if it will catch the device during Boot and reload the OS for you.... hope you backed everything up.

    I tried the autoloader Autoload-STL100-3-10.3.1.997, but it is stuck at the "connecting to bootrom:" prompt.

    My device was backed up about a week ago, but that backup is at home and I am currently on vacation. I should have put the BBLink backup onto my OneDrive server.

    There are a few posts out there that claim to make my z10 bootable, but none have worked so far.

    I wish the z10 had a safe-boot so windows could recognize the device and internal memory, even if the radios and OS didn't boot up.

    Last time I was using my z10, it was sluggish and an email icon showed up as a text icon. No big deal really, but when things don't appear to be 100%, then I reboot. At that point the device was up about 2-weeks. The reboot never finished and I'm using a spare Android while on vacation.

    Any other suggestions? THANKS!!!
