    when i tap wifi icon it convert in blue but wifi can not turn on..and also when i go to setting and switch on wifi ,wifi can not on. after closing and reopen the setting wifi automatically trun off.
    i perform wipe data oparation and factory reset my device.
    i also pull up the bettry but these tips are not useful.
    wifi is enble to switch on and automatically desible.
    blackberry virtual expert wifi test is also fail.
    give me proper solution by which i can use my wifi as previously i was use.

    May just be a hardware issue and there is nothing you can do... unless it's under warranty.


    I would suggest try loading a new OS from scratch in lieu of the data wipe you did. But I wouldn't put too much hope in that fixing your issue.
