[CrackBerry Question]

I recently purchased Blackberry Z10. OS version is 10.2.1.3062. Picture folder is not opening, when i tap the picture folder previously opened apps opens up or the main page is displayed. Please suggest what needs to be done.

I have rebooted my device several times. Still it does not work. Please help.

Not sure what else you can do.
But have you tried a hard reset? Hold the power button till the devices turns off and shows the red light.
If that doesn't work, I will suggest you reload the OS. To do this connect, your device to PC, open blackberry link and click on reload OS.(Bear in mind, this will restore the device to factory settings and latest OS available for it, make sure you back up your files first before doing this.)
