When I connect my Q10 to the USB in my Chevrolet Silverado it only seems to know about mp3s at the root of the SD card's music folder. Most of my music is stored in folders (music/artist/album/file.mp3) and I can't access it. Also don't see any playlists, etc. Any help?

It is a limit of the vehicle's USB system.
You can try and create a playlist file and save that to the root folder, if the vehicle's system can load play lists, that might work.

Otherwise you will need to move the files to where the vehicle can see them or make copies onto a thumb drive and use that for your vehicle.

You can also try turning on USB mass storage.

Settings > storage and access. Scroll to the bottom and turn it on.
