    my device is Blackberry Z10 STL100-1. My device is not showing any software update notification still am in 10.2 version i have tried it by connecting to laptop but it didn't work .please help me to get this issue solve..

    all my friends have updated to 10.3 only my phone is not showing any software update notification it's looking like "you have latest software".

    Try removing ur sim and update your phone using wifi.
