My Q5 is exactly seven months old. I used a 16 GB micro sd card to save my pics, vids and docs. But recently it stopped reading the media card. I tried putting a new card, it still doesnt recognise it. I've tried setting, storage and access etc etc etc. help please

Pop out the SD card and try it in a card reader attached to a PC, see if there is some errors and in what format the SD card is current formatted in.
If the card is good, copy off the files and folders and re-format the card:
- If you are running the latest official carrier release of the OS on your Q5, format the card in exFAT.
- If you are running a leaked version OS, format the card in FAT32, as some of the leaked OS' have trouble downloading the exFAT drivers for the device.
Take the freshly formatted SD card and pop it back into your Q5, see if the device now recognizes it.
If so, go ahead and format the card in the Q5, so it sets it up with the correct folders:
- Settings/Storage and Access/Format Media Card
Then copy your stuff back onto the SD card from the PC.
Do the same for the new SD card you purchased.
If this does not fix the issue, you may need to reload the OS.
